Valley River Inn – Eugene

Purchased by AVR in 2019, Valley River Inn in Eugene, Oregon is an independent hotel; a local institution since 1973 and the only one on the Willamette River and pedestrian river walk. All 257 rooms have balconies with scenic views and are the largest in Eugene, a.k.a. “TrackTown USA” and home of the 19,000-student University of Oregon. The hotel is walking distance to the largest mall in the area and has an award-winning restaurant, SweetWaters on the river.
