Homewood Suites – Nashville Downtown

In a historic medical office building, the 113-key hotel benefits from a desirable location on Church Street across from the brand-new Federal and State Courthouse designed by Michael Graves. It is an easy walk from the $1 billion mixed-use Nashville Yards, Nashville’s live music scene, Bridgestone Arena and the Country Music Hall of Fame. AVR obtained the initial five Homewood Suites franchises from Hilton and this is one of our favorites to date. Fully remodeled, the hotel has been wildly successful and AVR recently completed a bar concept and café concept, both with Church Street frontage.
